Andrews Mechanical, Inc was started in 1989. We do Plumbing,
Heating, Boiler, Radiant floor heating and cooling, Waste oil heaters &
boilers, Air conditioning, and Commercial Refrigeration work. The owner and
operator, Larry Andrews, has been involved in the plumbing, heating, air conditioning
and refrigeration business since 1977. Larry began as a plumber and advanced
to Stationary Engineer at Continental Bakery Company for five years.
This experience taught us what a company must do to get the product out
on time and this has translated to the present with Andrews Mechanical,
Inc. We do this by starting with a design, hiring knowledgeable people
in their field, and following the latest standards. Our trucks that come
to the job are equipped with the latest tools, meters and supplies and are
certified to be safe on the road.
Andrews Mechanical, Inc. is about doing the job right. We
take pride in getting the job done on time by creating and collaborating
on a good design and providing a complete installation that will save the
customer money and headaches. We firmly believe in using the authorized permit
process and require all projects and jobs to have the proper permits prior
to starting them. We stand behind our work with a one-year warranty. We offer
24-hour service 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Some of the many projects we are proud to have been part of are:
- Western Fruit Express: We serviced the 10 Million BTU Direct Fired
Gas Burners in their paint booths used to paint railroad cars. This project
included installing a new screw drive air-compressor and desiccant drier
system.
- Linens’N’ Things: We installed their plumbing and HVAC
system for the store at 9610 Newport Hwy, Spokane, WA.
- Bea House: This is a Jesuit Retirement center in Spokane, WA, where
we retrofitted over a dozen new assisted living bathrooms, a walk-in freezer
and cooler.
- Mama Mia’s Restaurant: We installed all new plumbing in this
local business.
- Northtown Mall: We have installed many of the HVAC systems for the
shop-owners in the Mall and are on the Northtown Mall list for approved contractors.
- Garland Theater: This is a landmark building in Spokane and we have
renovated their Boiler System.
- St. Mark’s Lutheran Church: Installed a new Boiler System
for heating their building that has shown a savings of 28% for operating
costs thus far.
- Mead School District: Installed ARES
make-up air system for their kitchen.
- Thomas Hammer
Coffee Co.: Installed and set up their roasters and afterburners
and their process piping.
- American Legion - Cusick, WA: Installed a new heating system in
the main American Legion hall and meeting center.
